Exposición – Enrique Dominguez — ART

Exhibition “See What You Can Feel” by Enrique Dominguez

The exhibition “Observe what you can feel” by Enrique Domínguez, is organized by Lewinson Art in conjunction with Jose Enrique Vidal Dzul Tuyub, Secretary General INAH, INBAL Secretariat of Culture. SNTSC in the Library of Mexico.

"Desvinculación-01"

This artist has made works in wood carving, which have reliefs, and by touching them with our hands we can discover their shapes and if we close our eyes, we can perceive them in a different way.
Enrique’s works are very interesting, full of harmony, in his abstract style wood carvings, we can perceive the shapes that intersect, that rotate, that have different levels and you can feel their curves and reliefs both by seeing them and by touching them. It is important to say that in this exhibition, unlike other spaces, the works can be touched under supervision, since guided tours will be carried out for people with visual disabilities as well as for normal-visual people whose eyes will be covered so they can feel through touch and thus discover what we feel with our hands.

"Obra - 2022"

We congratulate the artist for his great creativity and talent.I inform you that all the works are for sale, by purchasing his works you will be able to take a little piece of this artist’s being and will support him to continue creating and living from his work.

"Vulnerabilidad"

On the other hand, on this occasion we will present the cellist Maricarmen Graue, who will delight us with her music. Apart from being a cellist, she is a sculptor, writer, and blind. She studied in Russia and was part of the Carlos Chávez Symphony Orchestra string quartet. The documentary “Maricarmen,” which portrays her daily life from the perspective of her blindness, won an honorable mention at the É Tudo Verdade film festival in Brazil.

We invite you to this wonderful exhibition that opens on July 4 at the Library of Mexico, remaining for a month.

Do not miss it
